Delivery terms
Delivery is made after filling in the necessary data and finalizing the order.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail with information about the product you purchased.

Courier company
Each order is delivered by the courier company ECONT EXPRESS to any point in Bulgaria.

Order value
The order value is calculated individually for each product based on its value, weight and volume.

Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the customer's address and varies from 1 business day for larger settlements and up to 2 business days for smaller and remote areas where the supplier does not have an office.

Order processing
Any order placed on a weekday (Monday to Friday) and received in our system is processed immediately. If an order is received in our system on a weekend or holiday, it is sent to you on the first business day. An order placed after 5:00 PM on a weekday is sent on the next business day. In the event of a circumstance such as a temporary lack of the product, or a delay in delivery due to other reasons, you will be informed by phone.

Order cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order from the moment it enters our system.
If there is a change to the product, type, quantity, or other circumstance of your order, we will contact you and proceed to finalization after you confirm the changes.
