REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF ITEM

You, as consumers, have the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 / fourteen / days of receiving the goods in case the integrity of the packaging is not damaged and its commercial appearance is preserved (all labels, stickers, etc. must are on the goods, even if there are no signs of use, both outside and inside), in which it was received and the conditions under Art. 55 of the PPE.

If you wish to return an item purchased from us, you must follow these steps:

  • in the details of the order in your profile you will find a button "Request a return"
  • follow the steps in the system to finalize the return request    
  • you must send the product to the address: Stara Zagora, Econt office Gurko, recipient - Impekskom OOD;
  • once we receive the return, we will carefully inspect it to ensure that it meets the requirements for return - no signs of use, no damage to the overall packaging, both outside and inside;
  • all costs of Return or Exchange are at the customer's expense, as with the Return option, only the amount of the product will be refunded, not including the original shipping cost;

The transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are entirely at the customer's expense. 

In case of violations in the appearance of the goods that occurred during transport, you should contact the courier for a damaged shipment report.
