Impekskom OOD provides for its products under the RUWUX® brand a guarantee of quality and reliability by offering a warranty period of 12 to 60 months, calculated from the date of sale for individuals and 12 months for legal entities, except in cases where otherwise agreed.

Validity:

The guarantee is recognized in cases where the customer has all available documents certifying the product purchased by him.

  • Invoice issued and sent together with the product (when one is attached)
  • Document certifying payment – depending on the method of payment for the product, this can be a copy of a bank transfer, a copy of a transaction made when paying by card, a cash receipt or a document provided by the courier – Postal Money Order (PMO)
  • Warranty card
  • Box and product matching the serial number on the warranty card

The product should be sent back in its original packaging with all labels and documentation as it was received

If the above documents are not submitted, the customer cannot benefit from the warranty conditions.

Impekskom OOD undertakes to remove any defects or, in cases where this is impossible, to replace the product with a new one within 30 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product.

The warranty continues to run and is not extended by the period in which the product has been in service.

All costs and risks for returning and replacing a repaired or replaced product are at the customer's expense!

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by external influences on the product.
  • The warranty does not cover the presence of mechanical shocks or traces of scratches on the product
  • The warranty does not cover detected attempts by the customer or third parties to disrupt the integrity of the product, including replacement or modification of the power cord, broken wire insulation or attempts to disassemble the product.
  • The warranty does not cover damage to the packaging caused by the courier company.
  • Warranty does not cover product serial number and warranty card mismatch
