With this notice, Impexcom Ltd. wishes to notify all its customers and partners of the measures taken to protect personal data during their processing. Impekscom Ltd. undertakes to comply with the current legislation regarding the protection of personal data and designates an official responsible for the implementation of the internal procedures for the protection of personal data.
According to the legislation on the protection of personal data, the information is:

- stored for a period not longer than necessary for the purposes of its processing;

Impekskom Ltd. processes data for identification of the subject of personal data (customers and partners), including name, company name, EIC number, registration address, delivery address, telephone, e-mail. For the processing of personal data, Impexcom Ltd. uses partially automated algorithms and methods with the aim of constantly improving the offered products and services to adapt the products and services to individual needs in the best possible way.
In connection with the fulfillment of its obligations as a supplier, Impekskom OOD has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or illegal processing, access, provision, copying, modification, storage, reproduction, display or distribution of personal data.
Personal data are stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were provided, final settlement of all financial obligations and expiry of the statutory obligations under the Electronic Communications Act to store and provide information for the purposes of detection and investigation of crimes, obligations (6 months), according to the Accounting Act for storage and processing of accounting data (10 years), according to the Act on Obligations and Contracts limitation periods for making claims (5 years), for obligations to provide information to the court, competent state bodies and other grounds provided for in the current legislation (5 years). Data for which there is no longer a legitimate purpose for processing or another legal requirement is deleted and destroyed.
IMPEXCOM OOD provides personal data to third parties, the main goal of which is to offer quality and complex service. Personal data is not provided to third parties before IMPEXCOM OOD is sure that all technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect this data. . Personal data is provided to persons processing data on behalf of IMPEXCOM OOD (postal operators, distributors, persons maintaining equipment, software and hardware, bodies, institutions and persons to whom personal data is provided pursuant to the current legislation, service banks of payments, persons providing services for organizing, storing, indexing and destruction of archives on paper and/or electronic media, persons providing consulting services in various fields.
Every natural person has the right of access to the personal data concerning him, the status and purposes of their processing, their source, the categories of data and recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the data is disclosed, as well as the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party. The natural person has the right at any time to object to the processing of his personal data and to demand from the administrator the deletion, correction or blocking of his personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as to provide personal data and notify third parties, to whom his personal data have already been disclosed, of the actions taken in relation to his rights, except in cases where this is impossible. the rights of the natural person are asserted with a written Application for access to stored and processed personal data to IMPEXCOM OOD. The application is prepared in accordance with Art. 30 of the Personal Data Protection Act and is considered under the conditions and within the terms (14 days from the submission of the Application) specified in the Personal Data Protection Act. The natural person has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing. The subject of personal data has the right to submit a complaint at any time to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data.
In the event of destruction, loss or in the event that personal data is unusable, we notify our partners within 72 hours. The same term also applies if it is established that there is a breach of data security.
In case of changes in the legislation on personal data protection, we will notify you in a timely manner.
