CHANGES IN GOODS PRICES
Ruwux.com has the right to change prices at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time the contract was concluded. In case of technical errors in the publication of the site, ruwux.com has the right to refuse the execution of the contract and does not owe compensation in any way to the user, except to refund the sums paid by the user, if any.
The announcement of reduced prices is by placing the new price next to the old one, which is crossed out. If no term of the reduced price is specified, this price is valid until the quantities are exhausted, but not more than 1 month or 6 months, when it is under the conditions of Art. 66 para. 2 of the PPE.
ONLINE CARD PAYMENT
Ruwux.com provides its customers with the opportunity to make online payments of amounts due when ordering goods from the Supplier, using bank cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo.
Payments are made via the myPos online payment system, where the User must enter card details (number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, etc.) when paying with a bank card. The security of the card details is guaranteed by myPos, which processes the payment.
All cardholders of bank cards making payments through the ruwux.com website are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuing bank. If the card-issuing bank refuses payment or does not allow payment for any reason, the cardholder is notified immediately. The Provider is not responsible for errors during online payment due to incorrectly filled data by the User.
The card issuing bank may charge a fee for each card transaction. Additional information can be obtained from the card issuing bank.
The provider reserves the right to supplement or change these General Terms and Conditions, and the changes will come into force only after their prior publication on the ruwux.com website.
The currency of bank card payments is Bulgarian levs (BGN). If the currency of the cardholder differs from the currency of the payment, the amount of the payment will be calculated according to the exchange rate of the bank that issued the card for the day.
WARRANTY
Impekskom OOD provides for its products under the RUWUX® brand a guarantee of quality and reliability by offering a warranty period of 12 to 60 months, calculated from the date of sale for individuals and 12 months for legal entities, except in cases where otherwise agreed.
Validity of the guarantee:
- The guarantee is recognized in cases where the customer has all available documents certifying the product purchased by him.
- Invoice issued and sent together with the product (when one is attached)
- Document certifying payment – depending on the method of payment for the product, this can be a copy of a bank transfer, a copy of a transaction made when paying by card, a cash receipt or a document provided by the courier – Postal Money Order (PMO)
- Warranty card
The product should be sent back in its original packaging with all labels and documentation as it was received.
If the above documents are not submitted, the customer cannot benefit from the warranty conditions.
Impekskom OOD undertakes to remove any defects or, in cases where this is impossible, to replace the product with a new one within 30 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product.
The warranty continues to run and is not extended by the period in which the product has been in service.
- All costs and risks for returning and replacing a repaired or replaced product are at the customer's expense!
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by external influences on the product.
- The warranty does not cover the presence of mechanical shocks or traces of scratches on the product
- The warranty does not cover detected attempts by the customer or third parties to disrupt the integrity of the product, including replacement or modification of the power cord, broken wire insulation or attempts to disassemble the product.
- The warranty does not cover damage to the packaging caused by the courier company.
PRIVACY POLICY
With this notice, Impexcom Ltd. wishes to inform all its clients and partners about the measures taken to protect personal data during their processing. Impexcom Ltd. undertakes to comply with the current legislation on personal data protection and appoints an official responsible for the implementation of internal procedures for personal data protection.
According to the legislation on the protection of personal data, the information is:
• processes lawfully, in good faith and transparently;
• collects for specific legitimate purposes;
• keep accurate and up-to-date;
• stored for a period not longer than necessary for the purposes of its processing;
• store securely using technical and organizational measures;
• shares with third parties in accordance with current legislation;
Impekskom Ltd. processes data for identification of the subject of personal data (customers and partners), including name, company name, EIC number, registration address, delivery address, telephone, e-mail. For the processing of personal data, Impexcom Ltd. uses partially automated algorithms and methods with the aim of constantly improving the offered products and services to adapt the products and services to individual needs in the best possible way.
In connection with the fulfillment of its obligations as a supplier, Impekskom OOD has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or illegal processing, access, provision, copying, modification, storage, reproduction, display or distribution of personal data.
Personal data are stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were provided, final settlement of all financial obligations and expiry of the statutory obligations under the Electronic Communications Act to store and provide information for the purposes of detection and investigation of crimes, obligations (6 months), according to the Accounting Act for storage and processing of accounting data (10 years), according to the Act on Obligations and Contracts limitation periods for making claims (5 years), for obligations to provide information to the court, competent state bodies and other grounds provided for in the current legislation (5 years). Data for which there is no longer a legitimate purpose for processing or another legal requirement is deleted and destroyed.
IMPEXCOM OOD provides personal data to third parties, the main goal of which is to offer quality and complex service. Personal data is not provided to third parties before IMPEXCOM OOD is sure that all technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect this data. . Personal data is provided to persons processing data on behalf of IMPEXCOM OOD (postal operators, distributors, persons maintaining equipment, software and hardware, bodies, institutions and persons to whom personal data is provided pursuant to the current legislation, service banks of payments, persons providing services for organizing, storing, indexing and destruction of archives on paper and/or electronic media, persons providing consulting services in various fields.
Every natural person has the right of access to the personal data concerning him, the status and purposes of their processing, their source, the categories of data and recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the data is disclosed, as well as the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party. The natural person has the right at any time to object to the processing of his personal data and to demand from the administrator the deletion, correction or blocking of his personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as to provide personal data and notify third parties, to whom his personal data have already been disclosed, of the actions taken in relation to his rights, except in cases where this is impossible. the rights of the natural person are asserted with a written Application for access to stored and processed personal data to IMPEXCOM OOD. The application is prepared in accordance with Art. 30 of the Personal Data Protection Act and is considered under the conditions and within the terms (14 days from the submission of the Application) specified in the Personal Data Protection Act. The natural person has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing. The subject of personal data has the right to submit a complaint at any time to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data.
In the event of destruction, loss or in the event that personal data is unusable, we notify our partners within 72 hours. The same term also applies if it is established that there is a breach of data security.
In case of changes in the legislation on personal data protection, we will notify you in a timely manner.

4. The value of the transport costs for delivery, which are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods, can be seen in the section Terms and Delivery.
5. We do not impose any additional value on the use of the presented means of communication with us.
6. Delivery methods are described in detail in Terms and Delivery.
7. The payment of the goods is in accordance with Art. 93 para. 1 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts (LAW), for which the relevant document is received.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF ITEM
You, as consumers, have the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 / fourteen / days of receiving the goods in case the integrity of the packaging is not damaged and its commercial appearance is preserved (all labels, stickers, etc. must are on the goods, even if there are no signs of use, both outside and inside), in which it was received and the conditions under Art. 55 of the PPE.
If you wish to return an item purchased from us, you must follow these steps:
• in the details of the order in your profile you will find a "Request a return" button
• follow the steps in the system to finalize the return request
- after receiving your email, you must send the product to the address: Stara Zagora, Econt office, Zheleznik district, recipient - Impekskom OOD;
– once we receive the return, we will carefully inspect it to ensure that it meets the requirements for return – no signs of use, no damage to the overall packaging, both outside and inside;
– all costs for Return or Exchange are at the customer's expense, as with the Return option, only the amount of the product will be refunded, not including the original delivery price;
The transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are entirely at the customer's expense.
In case of violations in the appearance of the goods that occurred during transport, you should contact the courier for a damaged shipment report.
